A recent visit to Olive Garden by a "Italian food expert" Marcella Hazan resulted in that same expert to proclaim, "the food that they have tasted bears little resemblance to authentic Italian cuisine." I know I know, it's hard to believe. Marchella didn't knock Olive Garden too much for bad food, just that it didn't really resemble what comes from Italy.

There's one right down the street from work and we go there often. In fact the Zuppa Toscana is one of my favorites. I'm not bothered by it but I would like to compare to real Italian food.
